This review is for the unscented version (we bought both to try each). The unscented wash has a different runnier consistency than the scented version. It’s not worse just different.
This has a great scent and the consistency is gel like so you require one small pump per use. I think this will last us a while even with daily use in the shower.
The cleanser is fine, not great. It’s a thin consistency and doesn’t get very sudsy, so it takes 3-4 pumps to feel like I have enough to wash my face and it washes away quickly. It’s not my primary cleanser and I like that it comes in sustainable packaging, so I can overlook its shortcomings.

I haven’t noticed much difference in my skin other than my T zone is slightly oily now. I’ve used this for about a month now. It’s a nice consistency, foams well and smells good.
