Because USPS doesn’t do scheduled deliveries, a shipping practice that generates more carbon emissions into the air, this allows you and us to rest assured knowing that your package is getting to you in the most environmentally mindful way.
Of course! The moment your items are packaged up (plastic-free) and sealed with a kiss, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can oversee its journey home. Just keep in mind that, it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear online. That’s we always work hard to process your order (3-5 business days) to get your package out our door and in front of yours as soon as possible. Yes! Zero Waste Store offers shipping insurance to all of our customers at checkout for only $0.95, which covers a full replacement of your ordered products. So if your ZWS-insured package has been lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, simply reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and remember to please confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct and reliable.
* After an order has been marked as delivered for shipments in which a customer failed to provide the correct shipping address, ZWS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event the package is returned to ZWS headquarters, we will gladly reship the order to the correct address provided for an additional shipping cost.
