How long do your shampoo bars last?
Our small shampoo bars and conditioner bars last an amazing 50+ washes, depending on use and if kept dry! Our large bars will last 75+ washes! Paired with our Soap Lift, you will get the most out of your Soap bars!
How do I dispose of my bamboo toothbrush?
With proper care, our bamboo toothbrush will last just as long as a conventional plastic toothbrush. The bristles are not biodegradable, though. Using pliers, it is easy to remove the bristles from the head. The bare toothbrush handle and cardboard box that it comes in can be put into your home composting bin. However, feel free to up-cycle it and use it as a garden marker for your flowers or herbs!
Why hasn't my order arrived/ I haven't received my package?
Zero Waste Store is not liable for any packages lost by USPS, items that arrive damaged due to the shipping process, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item(s) since there is insurance included on all packages. This allows replacement eligibility, refunds via USPS and includes tracking with your order. If the claim is not approved by the carrier, products will not be replaced. Please confirm your shipping address is correct and safe, and send us an email at email@example.com with your order number if you need any assistance.
