With TerraCycle's Zero Waste Boxes, you can collect your hard-to-recycle materials, and ship them to TerraCycle for free! Terracycle will then properly recycle the items. With the Kitchen Box, you can recycle plastic packaging, paper packaging, kitchen gear, baby gear, air and water filters, home cleaning accessories, coffee and tea accessories, party supplies and dining disposables, interior home furnishings, used gum, coffee discs, prescription drug containers, home fabrics and clothing, and E-Waste!
How to TerraCycle: Choose your size and type of Zero Waste Box. When you receive your box, fill it with the corresponding waste. Once full, ship your box back to TerraCycle using the free, prepaid shipping label which will already be on your box. When they receive your box, they'll safely recycle all of the collected materials!
Sizes: Small: 11" x 11" x 20"; Medium: 11" x 11" x 40"; Large: 15" x 15" x 37"
Packaging: In order to protect the box during shipment, your TerraCycle box will be wrapped in a plastic bag. When you receive your box, just put the plastic bag inside and TerraCycle will ensure it gets recycled properly!
*Accepted waste: Plastic packaging, paper packaging, kitchen gear, baby gear, air and water filters, home cleaning accessories, coffee and tea accessories, party supplies and dining disposables, interior home furnishings, used gum, coffee discs, prescription drug containers, home fabrics and clothing, E-Waste
*Unaccepted waste: No household hazardous waste such as pressurized canisters, pesticides, oil-based paint or medical sharps, organics, broken glass, bio-medical waste, soiled diapers or expired medication. No items that are classified as sharps, flammable, reactive, corrosive, ignitable, radioactive, toxic, infectious, or pathogenic
End of life: Send box back to TerraCycle using the prepaid shipping label to have contents recycled properly
Shipping: Ships within 5 - 7 business days directly from TerraCycle; TerraCycle items are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other offshore territories.
