The sponge foams up well but is missing a coarser side for scrubbing.

Why Use Anything Else

These are just suburb, I've tried other compostable sponge brands but they fell apart. This one is the sturdiest compostable sponge I've found yet. I just bought a few more so I don't run out. They work just like all other sponges and can even be downgraded to the counters, from dishes, before getting composted. Highly recommend!!

Durable sponges

I've been using these sponges to wash dishes for years, they work just like plastic sponges and I can get a few months use out of each sponge before I compost them.

Great alternative but degrades quickly

love the concept of sustainable sponges but these really do degrade quickly. excellent for the earth, not so sutainable economically. I prefer the coconut scour options for deep scrubs and dish brushes for easy cleaning.
