Natural Ball Dog Toy

We have two dogs, one older, and one just older than puppy age. Normally the older doesn't care about the younger one's toys, although they do play tug without problems, she really likes this ball. We got two, and they both had fun chewing them. I think something about the taste/smell is very addictive, because the older one was chewing it like a bone and got a little possessive when the other one tried to get it. There must be variation in the smell, or some must wear off, because the other hemp toys they make don't cause this problem, and after a week, the older one didn't care anymore. But if you have dog-aggressive dogs, just be aware that they might guard these like food. Otherwise it's great! Fairly durable, doesn't shed too much, and we love that it's compostable.

I like this product, I ordered two of them as I have two dogs, of course they want the same one and one is already pulled apart, could be my dogs as they play rough.

My dogs love chewing the balls after playing fetch, so I was very excited to find a ball that they can safely chew on (under supervision, of course). The toy is very well made; it's great for playing fetch and it even bounces well which I didn't expect at all given that it's made out of hemp rope and cotton. I will buy the ball & loop toy next, so we can play tug-of-war as well!
