😭For those who have fine hair, these aren’t that comfortable. They tug and feel very tight.
🎁On another note, these barely lasted a week. Bought them as a gift and the hair tie has since curled into a lettuce-hem-like shape, and has started fraying natural rubber strands in less than 7 days.
💵Quite honestly, I’ve had dollar store hair elastics last longer than these compostable ones. Quite disappointing as I would have liked to switch to these permanently, but I will be looking for other alternatives.

I like them a lot. After two years, my first ones are curling on the sides a bit and they are a little looser, but this way they actually work better for me (they are still elastic!). Just bought a back-up. The 'ginger' colors are my favorite (I am not a ginger. ;))

i have infamously thick hair, so i was worried these hair ties wouldn't be able to keep up. i've yet to break one, and yet to lose one because they're comfortable enough to wear on my wrist. they're soft yet sturdy, and i don't have to wrap them around my hair as many times for them to stay in place. best of all, they aren't plastic.

I’ve only used these a few times on my thick hair but they hold well and don’t get tangled. Really like the color options and looks good on my wrist when I don’t need to pull my hair up!

Cute but I wore these one time for a few hours and the elastic started to snap. For the price I'm very disappointed.

Wasn't sure how these would hold up and had healthy doubts, but I was really impressed by the stretch factor and retention of form. They also don't cut off my wrist circulation, and they sit nicely under shirt cuffs.

There is seriously no need for our family to ever go back to plastic hair ties again.

the BEST hair ties I've ever used. They don't snag any of your hair or get those loose strands that get caught around other hair ties. They have stayed nice and in their original shape, just don't get them too tight or else they can stretch a bit. I got the black and brown set and they look really nice in my hair as well.

I ordered these for my Dad to use when he does his hair after a shower, he's able to use them, but he has thin hair and he said there a little to thick for him, but unfortunately there aren't a lot of options available on earth hero.

The quality of Kooshoo is exactly what I was hoping for. The outer organic cotton is so soft and the latex inside is thick and strong and doesn’t break. These are perfect size for ends of braids or obviously smaller amounts of hair. The colors are beautiful as well.
I was previously using another brand of organic biodegradable ties but the quality of those changed rapidly and now are rough and pull my hair. I will only use kooshoo now both the larger and these smaller ties.

Our 10 month old has the longest hair you could ever imagine for a 10 month old and I'm happy knowing we have non toxic hair ties to keep the hair out of her eyes. :)

These are so fun!! Great earth tones, really durable, yet still soft on the outside. They don't ouch my hair when I pull them out because of the thickness of the rubber and cloth.

Enjoying it so far, a tad thick for the end of a braid.

A bit expensive, but they're just so comfortable, so cute, and I love that they are plastic free. After a while, they do stretch out and the edges get scalloped, which doesn't look so great, but then I just use them as my workout hair ties. I have the blonde set and the redhead set and love both.

These last much longer than the plastic ones. The flat shape keeps them on. Most importantly, the thread doesn't peel to expose a middle that catches and pulls your hair like the plastic ties.

They start nice and tight, like any hair tie. They do stretch out after a while, like any har tie, then I'd use two of them. They last months before being completely stretched out to double the length. When that does happen, I don't have to feel bad discarding them. Similarly, if I lose these outside or while swimming in the sea, I feel better than losing plastic ones, though that has never happened.

I love the taste in the colors to go with natural hair colors. The beige shades are nice and relaxing for wearing at home, even though they don't match my hair color.

Osiris from EarthHero here! I absolutely adore my mini rounds and use them ALL THE TIME. As someone with slightly thinner hair, this makes ponytails and braids not so bulky and makes braiding my hair before bed a breeze (no more loosing hair ties in the sheet or behind my bed in the morning). These colors are also perfect for someone with brown hair so they don't stand out so much which I prefer. Plus, they can be tossed in the washer to clean after a sweaty workout so it's easy peasy.

I used to buy the terra ties but they’ve changed and are now scratchy and pull/break my hair. I tried these and they are so soft on the outside and extremely well made. The colors are beautiful too! I’ve been using them for a few months and they are holding up great. Definitely happy to have these and will continue to purchase.

Cute and functional but did not last long in my thick curls. One lasted about a month.
