Apply generously and evenly to skin in sections. Rub in thoroughly to ensure full absorption and coverage. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel drying or at least every 2 hours for continued protection. A small amount goes a long way.

Note: This product contains iron oxides, which may stain clothing or fabrics. If staining occurs, pre-treat with a stain remover, citric acid, or lemon juice. Allow to sit overnight, then wash in the hottest water safe for the fabric and air dry.
