Wanted to love them but just didn’t work out

I really wanted to enjoy these pillows, and while they’re well constructed, they aren’t great. They’re EXTREMELY firm and despite following all the care instructions and recommendations, they are still so hard and uncomfortable. There are no zippers on these pillows so fluffing up the wool isn’t possible and, long term, you won’t be able to add wool in the future to extend their longevity. They are also not returnable even if they haven't been used. In my pursuit of sustainable alternatives, this one was unfortunately a big miss.

Very Firm and Just Malleable Enough

The pillow is on the firm side, as described. It was a little flatter than I expected out-of-the-box, but then I found I could squish it between my head, shoulder, and the bed to have the support I wanted.

Excellent packaging: paper tape to seal the box, reusable cloth bag protecting the pillow.
