Package insurance and protection for your order during transit.
About This Item:
Package protection service offers affordable insurance for orders at $0.95. Most customers appreciate the peace of mind and report packages arriving safely. However, some shoppers experienced delivery issues despite purchasing protection, citing lack of communication. A few customers were confused about the opt-out option or found it unnecessary as an add-on item.
- Nice to know my packages are protected for just a small cost each order!
- ZWS was so helpful and sent me a replacement promptly since I had package protection
- Peace of mind for only $0.95!! I 100% recommend adding it to your cart
I love the way it smells and it cleans my hair super good!
NO PACKAGE EVER ARRIVED. COMMUNICATION FOLLOW UP HAS BEEN NONEXISTENT.
I tried the bamboo toothbrush and now Iâm hooked! I was a bit skeptical about it at first because I wasnât sure about how effective the bristles would be. I like a more moderate/firm bristle. Although it is advertised as soft, these bristles are perfect and their reach is long so they reach every tooth in the back, leaving my teeth squeaky clean and shiny.
Iâm sure this has something to do with the replacement toothpaste tablets by huppy. I ordered these at the same time in an attempt to remove the amount of plastic that Iâm putting in my mouth everyday. These tablets are small but powerful! One tablet gets the job done leaving my breath fresh and my teeth nice and sparkling clean.
Good to have for me as sometimes mail gets lost
I took a chance on these because I had never tried this type of toothpaste before.. but now I will not be going back! Just ordered my first refill.
It feels great to find another product to add to my waste free practices :)
The toothbrushes are great! They are like every other toothbrush in the world except for 2 very important differences! They aren't colorful and they aren't made of plastic. When these are done, I toss them into my firepit! They won't be sitting in some landfill for 500 years!!!
Good
It seems like the burden continues to be placed back on the customer so I dont love being charged extra to make sure my package arrives safely...
I appreciated having the option to protect the shipping on my purchase, but all went smoothly without it.
I did not receive my package even after it said it was delivered.
Inexpensive, good for peace of mind...
Love it
I love that the packaging is simple, sustainable, and can be recycled immediately!
Always a bonus!
Helping me to get rid of plastic in small steps. Floss is awesome and I will never go back to plastic packaging and plastic floss.
received everything as advertised. Thanks
Not my first choice for patchouli deodorant. I like Humbles version better.
I ordered the Paper Cosmetics Deodorant about a month ago and have not received it or heard anything about it. Sorry I can't review the product, just the non-delivery and no communication.
It's package protection & did what it was supposed to do
thanks! This is great protection for cheap
ZWS has everything I need for home without worrying about my plastic legacy.
Great prices, fast delivery, and amazing selection of products.
Good to have so package doesn't get list
Overall, I feel that the package protection that ZeroWaste uses is very beneficial.

Very pleased with your soap for washing dishes.

Great packaging
I bought a raised garden bed last year and added this on for protection in case I had any issues with shipping. I would absolutely recommend you get shipping protection with larger orders.
Itâs nice to know that my packages are protected for just a small cost each order!
Earthhero you are my hero. Thank you for helping us not to use plastic.
