Works great. More efficient for filling. Top is plastic I expected metal, still like product
As other reviews have mentioned, these worked great until the two that we have both suddenly stopped pumping (at the same time, so just after a certain amount of use it seems). I've tried running water through them, no dice.
Great looking item, unfortunately stopped working after one month of use. Does not pump or foam correctly. Will no longer dispense any more soap. I bought this hoping to cut down on plastic waste from hand soap bottles, but it ultimately it did not hold up and was not worth the purchase price.
Apparently, I am not the only one with these issues. It becomes progressively more difficult to pop back up after depressing it. Super annoying. I also don't like the plastic. So, I have ordered one from another company after reviewing the failed resolutions in the reviews.
