Love their eco friendliness, but most important is that they work. We do rinse well our dishes off before putting in dishwasher though, so I haven't tested them on unrinsed, stuck on mess.

Holy smokes! My older DW has a new life with this detergent. I upgraded my really old DW about a year ago and was using Costco detergent, which had worked fine with my really old DW. Alas, it didn't work well with the newer DW. I was constantly having to pre-rinse all my dishes prior to putting them in the DW.
I got these DW pods thinking they couldn't be worse. To my complete happiness, these pod work GREAT! No more pre-rinsing needed. My dishes come out SO clean. I'm very happy with this purchase.
They get the job done but are a little spendy.
