Trying to find a natural deodorant without compromising your stink status can be a lot like Goldilocks and the Three Bears...this one doesn't work, this one has irritating ingredients, this one leaves white streaks all over my clothes...but we've got one that's juuuuust right! Fat and the Moon Deodorant Cream is organically-formulated with a plethora of potent natural ingredients specifically designed to fight the funk. While an antimicrobial base of coconut oil and baking soda handles the dirty work by clearing out odor-causing bacteria, a botanical blend of bergamot, clary sage, citrus, and black pepper provides your pits a fresh scent that has staying power.
Of course, not all pits are created equal. So if you have sensitive skin that tends to get itchy and irritated from baking soda, try our pH-neutral Sensitive Skin Deodorant or Sensitive Pit Cream to stay smelling pH fresh and clean!
Sizes: 0.5oz or 2oz glass jars. Comes packaged in 100% recyclable materials.

I found out that I can't use baking soda based deodorant products because of this one. I loved the texture, the application, and the jar of this product. However, the product itself did not agree with my body ): If you aren't sensitive to baking soda, then I highly recommend this product! but avoid if you have issues with it and try a baking soda free product instead (:
I have been searching for a more sustainable deodorant option than all of the plastic and paper tube products. The paper tubes have a tendency to fall apart. Aluminum tubes worked well but were far too expensive to refill. This half ounce tin has lasted longer than 1.5 oz of the other stuff and is more affordable! You just have to get used to putting your hands in your pits to apply it.
Not for me..will not get again
As a person who has tried a lot of different natural deodorant brands, I can confidently say that I am highly impressed with this product and so far it is really the best natural deodorant that I have ever used! I bought this and another deodorant from here, to ditch the plastic applicators. I haven't used it in the Summertime yet, but so far it's holding up great to exercise and sweat. There have been several days that I wake up the next day with minimal pit smell! Do y'all know what I'm talking about here? No stinky pits within 24 hours of application (on non-exercise days). The smell is great too. It's light and lovely. I don't mind not having an applicator. I put chickpea size amount in each pit, let it melt a little, then spread it around. I make sure to spread it around my whole armpit area, beyond the border of my actual pit. I'm alternating with another deodorant that I bought on here (that doesn't work as well but I'm a sucker for the scent of it), and I don't' think I will ever look back.
I got this because my favorite natural deodorant, Humble, comes in plastic packaging. This deodorant is pretty grainy. After a few weeks of use I had a strange dark skin peel off sort of gross effect going on in my underarms. I now exfoliate my under arms once a week and it has helped. I am not a fan of the overall grainy texture, but it works well enough that I will keep using it till the jar is gone.
