How to Use: Choose the size and thickness that best suits your sleep position. Sunning your pillow periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool. Protect your pillow with a zippered cover. Pillows made with wool layers may settle 15-30% within the first few months of regular use.
Ingredients/Materials: This pillow is made using our 100% organic cotton fabric and filled with our GOTS-certified all 100% organic wool. We only use organic cotton, natural and organic wool, or all-natural latex. Everything that goes into making every Holy Lamb product comes to us from nature. You won't find synthetic materials or chemical additives in anything we create. Our cotton is grown in India, then milled and finished in a GOTS-certified facility in Pakistan. Never bleached or dyed, our fabric is naturally soft and durable. We offer a pristine natural wool sourced from a co-op of small sheep farmers in the western US, and a GOTS-certified organic option from New Zealand. None of our wool is ever carbonized or bleached, and sheep dipping is never practiced.

Return Policy: Holy Lamb Organics returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment or fulfillment. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. All returns undergo a thorough inspection; used items will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense. Prepaid return labels must be used within 5 days, and approved returns are processed within 7–14 days of receipt. All-wool mattresses cannot be canceled once ordered, except when a one-time exception is approved before shipment with a 30% restocking fee; cancellation is not permitted after shipment. Other mattresses incur a 20% restocking fee if canceled after shipment. Final-sale exclusions apply.
Product Care and End of Life: Sunning your pillow periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool. Spot clean only. Separate cases can be machine washed in cold water and line dry or tumble dry low. The scent of wool - Our wool, both natural and organic, is cleaned and processed naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. That's why you may notice the mild sweet scent of sunny farm pastures when you receive your new wool product. The wool retains 1% of the naturally occurring lanolin oil, which helps condition the fibers and keep them fluffy and soft for years to come. Most customers find the scent dissipates within a few days. There is a natural compression of the wool during the first few weeks of use. This is due to the felting process of the wool and will settle after the initial break-in period. At end of life, this pillow is 100% biodegradable and can be composted.
Packaging: This product ships in a sturdy cardboard box secured with paper tape. We don't use plastic wrap or synthetic packing materials in the box. If you'd like a little extra protection, you can request your product be placed inside a biodegradable bag before boxing.
