It's pretty good. It doesn't say edible on the tin, but [redacted by legal counsel]. You definitely want to abide by the name of the product and avoid using it before sundown. Boy, did I learn that lesson the hard way. Therefore, I do not recommend this product if you live in Svalbard, Norway.
