All-Natural Wooly Down Bed Pillow

This pillow is not at all what I expected. It is very stiff and uncomfortable. I have emailed 3 times to request a return and I have not received any response.

This is the best pillow I’ve ever had! Ever since I got it I’ve had the best sleep ever. I love the way I can mould the shape of it to my exact preference. I removed some of the wooly down because I prefer a thinner pillow, and it’s perfect! I also love that it's made with the highest quality materials, and made in the USA. Thank you! I'm going to buy more pillows for my family members.

I was looking for a nontoxic and adjustable option for my kids and am thrilled with these pillows. My kids love them and I love that the thickness can be adjusted to suit their individual needs. The pillows are very sturdy and well-made and I anticipate them lasting us many years.

I love my wool filled pillow which I adjusted to my perfect thickness…not too hard, not too soft just perfect! I highly recommend this cozy pillow.

At first, I thought it was a bit too firm, hence my earlier 4 stars review. After using it for a few years, I have to say that I really love it! Now I give it 5 stars.

I have bought probably 50+ pillows over the years, they start out OK but then my neck begins to hurt. I bought 2 wool pillows at around the same time and this one has been my go-to. I had to remove some of the fill to be right for me. At the time it arrived my left side of my neck (usual trouble spot since I sleep on that side) was not good. After 4-5 days of adjusting this pillow, the pain is almost completely gone. Very impressed. I would buy another if needed.

I've tried a lot of different pillows for neck pain. Holy Lamb Organics' wooly down pillow is the only one that helps me sleep without pain, because I can adjust the amount of fill to meet my needs and adjust the pillow shape throughout the night for different sleeping positions. I've been a satisfied user for years. I also appreciate their commitment to the environment.

I like it, but I have to learn to adjust it better. I will stick with it because I
personally feel that it is a healthier pillow for me. I love orangic cotton and I really like the idea of the sheep being humanly sheared.

This is the first pillow that I've splurged on and I can say it's worth every penny. I've recently been having some very bad neck strains, tossing and turning from discomfort and many mornings of grogginess. This pillow is the perfect sweet spot of soft yet firm; The best way I can describe it is that it conforms to your head and neck but also compresses without any pressure points to feel like your head/neck are sitting right on a cloud.

I love that this is also designed to customize the amount of wool you want inside but for me, a pretty average weighted 5'7 male, has been the perfect amount inside. Holy Lamb Organics is such a treat.

I was slightly crestfallen when I saw its size, but it more than pleasantly surprised me. I also got a queen sized pillow with an extra 6 oz. filling because I just couldn’t chance the pillow not being full enough. So great! Even though it’s a pricey pillow, I think of all the money I’ve wasted over the years trying to find something akin to this, and its cost pales in comparison. I heard about it from another happy customer on Reddit! I feel so seen! I will probably continue to buy more filling and a body pillow, too!

Super uncomfortable to sleep on. Flattens out after first use. You can’t fluff them up either. I ordered the thickest ones and the standard. There is literally no difference between them. They are like sleeping on rocks. 1000% do not recommend! Unless you like sleeping on a concrete pillow.

I'm absolutely certain you'll love this pillow, mainly because it's adjustable. So no matter how full you enjoy your pillow, you'll love it.

Looking to replace some old down pillows that have seen better days, we tried a variety of different types of latex, wool, kapok fill pillows. To my nose, this one definitely has a bit of that "sheepy" lanolin smell, which is not unpleasant, but can sometimes be a bit much when going to bed. Fortunately, it seems like it's faded pretty quickly, so after 48hrs of airing it out and periodically fluffing it, that lanolin scent is quite muted. Those who are less sensitive to smells may not notice the scent at all.

The pillow is quite dense, when compared to our old down pillows, and out-of-the-box was perfectly stuffed for back sleeping. Usually I'm a side/stomach sleeper, so will have to experiment with adjusting the amount of fill. But without adjusting anything, I tried it and ended up taking an awesome unintentional nap! After that, this one is definitely staying on the bed!

I'm not exaggerating when I say I have been looking for a pillow like this for years. I needed something firm, but movable material inside to help cradle my neck where I want it. Also I'm a side and back sleeper and this accommodates both SO well. I can put the fluff where I need it, and it's not so stuff that I feel like I'm suffocating when I sleep on my side. You can also customize the amount of filling because there is a zipper and you can remove the stuffing as needed for your personal needs. I also really appreciated that it comes from brand that has high standards for packaging.

Finally invested - yes, invested - in quality pillows. The first thing I noticed when my pillow arrived, other than the simple and beautiful packaging, was how nice it smelled - clean and natural, no chemical smell! I plumped it up to test it out; the moment my head hit the pillow I noticed was how cool it felt, followed by a neutral temperature, wonderfully important for a good night's sleep, especially post menopause. Slept so well the first night and awoke to realize I had not tossed nor turned AT ALL, and my neck was not sore, which it had been for years. Bought one for my husband and he likes it too. I thought it might need a little extra filling and ordered some just in case, but after putting some in (I do have slightly broad shoulders), I realized it was not nearly as comfortable. I'm sure with a little tweaking I'll get that perfect night's sleep again, and again, and again!

Excellent quality. Worth the price. Our kids sleep much better on these pillows and we are happy to know the material is quality and clean. Thank you for the great work that you all do for us!

I needed a totally scent-free pillow due to being sensitive to chemicals and I am very happy : this pillow is scent -free. I did expect a softer pillow, having “Down” in the name. At first, i was not sure that I liked the firmness of this pillow. Over the few days that I have used it, I have learned to adjust the fill more to my needs, and my sore neck has improved. My husband added the 6 oz of fill to his to make it fatter and he is quite happy.

As comfortable as goose down but lasts for years. Naturally antimicrobial and can adjust the stuffing for individual needs. Love our Woolly Down pillows so much, we got one for our tiny grandson as well.

I have slept on it 11 days so far and it is the best pillow ever. I have been having neck issues and ever since I have slept on this pillow, my neck is feeling so much better. So good that I ordered one for my husband and he loves it also. Highly recommend

Absolutely gorgeous opening up the box and seeing the pillow! Soft and full of quality to the touch. Made me swoon and I hadn’t even tried it out yet!
As lovely as the pillow was to lay on, it was still too fluffy for me. So easy to remove the stuffing. Now I can manipulate the pillow to however I need to for sleep and it holds the shape I make it.
Love at first sight, and continues with use.

This, like everything I have purchased from Holy Lamb Organics, is a quality item. I may have to remove some of the filling, as I’m not fond of overfilled pillows…BUT since they are made the way they are, this is very easy! Just unzip and remove some filling, zip back up. (put the filling in a bag, as it is loose). Great products!

I needed a pillow that wouldn’t put pressure on my ear when I slept on my side and this did that perfectly! I also realized my upper back pain is gone after a week of sleeping on this pillow. I think since I’m able to customize the fullness and squish it around too, I can put the my head and neck in an optimal position. I am so happy with yet another Holy Lamb Organics purchase!
