Brush is good as far as usage. Good size, cleans fine. Softer bristles than a plastic brush, which might bother some people, but is expected. Handle is a bit small and thin, as others have noted. Bigger problem is that the whole wire attachment to the handle just came out of the handle, after under a month of use. It was never kept wet; we hang the brush on a hook after using, but it's like the bamboo is already rotting. I thought the wire went through the whole handle to the loop at the end, but it's not. So now we have a handheld brush. Still works, but not what we intended.

The brush heads don't last quite as long as the previous version sold here. But they're good enough. What I don't like is that the wires come loose from the handle and no gluing I've attempted has lasted more than a couple of days. I'm ordering another brush because I have extra brush heads and don't want to waste them or use them without the handle, but if the next one doesn't last longer, I'll look for an alternative.

Only writing this review because they keep sending me emails to write a review. This stuff feels a bit overpriced for what it is, brushes don’t feel as sturdy as Tawashi scrubbers which I highly recommend over these. Wish the brush came with a replacement head, the description implies it does.
