Not very protective to heat

Not heat-resistant.

These oven mitts don't prevent heat from getting through to your hands. I had my oven set to 350 F and had the pan in for about 25 minutes. I couldn't hold the pan for more than a few seconds. Waste of money.

Material too thin. Feeling the heat from the short time to take out of oven and sit it on the top of the oven. I wanted to love this….

Best pot holder mitt

Great mitt, excellent grip and just the right amount of padding to be heat resistant. They also wash well. Note if you dry on high they will shrink. So your can dry on a lower setting or hang up and let them dry on their own. The blue is a muted very nice color. I wanted grey but still happy I ordered and will be order more for when the dirty ones are in the wash.
