Super gentle, comfortable, and flexible, the Saalt Cup is made with medical grade silicone in the USA. Designed for every body, it is worn internally like a tampon, but collects‚ rather than absorbs‚ your period. It stays in place by creating a seal between the cup and your vaginal wall. Once your cup is filled, you simply empty, rinse, and reinsert the cup for another 12 hours of protection!

I don’t want to say that it is a bad one. Plus, I believe everyone is built different. Things may work for one gal and not the next.
I bought the small mist grey cup. After a year, I have given up. I can’t figure out how to comfortably insert it. I’ve watched videos and tried everything. It just hurts trying to insert. Once I do, I can’t get it to seal. Even when I am 100% confident that I gotten it set up right, I can feel it and it pulls and it feels like it’s pinching me. Then it still leaks…
The product is very stiff. I could see how that could be very helpful. However, I think I need one more flexible to start with or maybe an even smaller one?? No clue.
I had a different brand of cup before I bought this one. This one is superior, easier to work with and just a better design. I would highly recommend if you are unsure if a cup is right for you. Take the leap!
I’ve been using the saalt teen cup and it just doesn’t stay sealed overnight. I bought the June cup in size small and it did stay sealed but it was WAY too firm. I decided to try the saalt soft cup in small and it solved all of the above problems! Still small enough for my petite body but it stays sealed overnight and isn’t uncomfortable!
I've been using another brand of Menstrual cups for a few years, and decide to try out Saalt when it was time for a replacement. I am SO GLAD that I did!! Super comfortable, and more reliable than the previous brand I was using. Highly recommend!
Recently needed to invest in a new menstrual cup because the shape of my first one was not fitting. This one is super comfortable and easy to use! I love that it comes with a little pouch for easy and hygienic storage.
