How to Use: Wash your hands and your disc before inserting, pinch at the middle so it makes an 8 figure, insert full and tuck behind the pubic bone. To remove, find the finger notch and gently remove the disc keeping it horizontal to avoid spilling. We recommend removing the disc over a toilet or in the shower.

Small/Sunset Coral works best for:

• Light to normal flow (3-4 tampons capacity) (30mL vol.)

Regular/Coastal Blue works best for:
