I never thought I'd say this, but this balm made my hands so soft like no other moisturizer. I also used it regularly as chap-stick, and so far it has caused no dryness or allergic reaction. My lips are comfortably smooth and healthy from the lack of fragrance. I will say that the texture of the balm is grainy and doesn't smoothen up as shown in the ad, but what's important is that it does the job.
