About This Item:

Retiring plastic cleaning tools is easy with our Bamboo Pot Scrubber made with sisal fiber + palmyra fiber bristles.  As sustainable as it is durable, this hand held scrubber gets stuck on food with ease thanks to its heavy duty plant fiber bristles.  Great for cast irons and non-stick pans alike, making the switch to a zero waste kitchen just got a little bit easier.

Care: Add a small amount of soap to a cup of vinegar and soak your brush in the liquid for about 10 minutes to kill germs and remove bacteria; Rinse with hot water; Lay brush bristles down to dry. We recommend oiling the wood once every few months. *Keep handle from soaking in water for long periods to extend the life of your brush. Each brush can last 6 months to 2 years depending on usage.

End of Life: Each brush head can be used for up to 6 months. Once worn out, the wood and plant fiber parts can be composted or buried in the garden.

good, a little tough

The bristles are a little rougher than I thought they would be, and they're shredding a bit but it works well for stuck-on food, just not great for normal dishes. It can be a bit abrasive on pots, etc. and I would not say it's "gentle enough for any surface."

My favorite Daily Scrubber

Even though this is called a 'Pot Scrubber' I use it for almost everything. I like the stiff bristles and rounded handle for swiping around the inside of mixing bowls or across my wooden cutting boards. It's my favorite cleaning tool.

Good for scratching

Not safe for dishes and definitely not safe on non stick pans. Maybe could work on plastic plates (the reusable kind) but we don’t own any so didn’t try. Struggling to figure out what we can actually use this for.

Hi Zoe, thank you for your feedback. This pot scrubber is great to use on all dishes and non-stick pans, and works well for getting hard-to-remove grease and grime from your pots and pans. We hope this helps!

Scrub brush doesn't scrub

The scrub brush disenerates as you're using it even after first use there are particles all over the item you are cleaning

Hi Dawn,

I saw your recent review and wanted to reach out.

The Pot Scrubber is great for pots, pans, and other dishes with lots of grease and grime on them. It should definitely last awhile, and we haven't heard of the bristles falling out of the brush. If you'd like to send me a photo, i'd be happy to replace the brush for you, free of charge.
