Terrible taste

This tastes terrible, and it doesn’t seem to clean well.

I get peoples negative reviews of this! my first use, I thought it tasted like a weird peanut butter dust. I put it down for a few weeks and tried it again actually liked the 'sawdusty' taste. I'm not a fan of regular foamy toothpaste so its nice that it doesn't get foamy. It also leaves my teeth feeling really clean. So definitely recommend if you don't like foamy!

I am sorry to say, we didn’t care for this product. The taste is unpleasant and the powder is messy and tends to get all over the counter. I am all for plastic free and natural, but this one didn’t work for us. Maybe a natural mint would help. The tablets from another source are better and they do have a pleasant fresh taste.

I wish this tooth powder was less gross :/

I really want to get on the toothpowder or sustainable toothpaste bandwagon, I've already converted my other toiletries and home items. I decided to give this toothpowder a try and I love that it's made by a small farm... but it tastes like sand and sawdust, and feels gross in the mouth. I barely had it in my mouth for a minute before spitting it out and brushing my teeth with something more conventional. I think it could be a good choice for someone who's used to toothpaste tablets or powders already, who's ready to totally forgo the mint-clean feeling for an abrasive-baking-soda-clean feeling. And for $18?? It's non-returnable... and I'm having major buyer's remorse.
