Ceramic clay requires professional kiln firing to become waterproof. Not sure where to find a kiln? PwaP provides an interactive map of locations near you. Don’t need your pottery to be waterproof? No kiln near you? Simply let your ceramic clay piece air dry (it will remain very delicate and will dissolve if you get it wet)

Air dry clay requires 3 days of dry time and is not waterproof. After your clay has fully dried, you can paint it using the included white paint pigment and natural acrylic medium. Pro tip: Plan to use your air dry clay pot as a planter? We recommend displaying dried flowers or potting an air plant that requires minimal moisture, as it cannot get wet.

Packaging: The box, hemp twine, and instruction guide can be composted, the stickers can be recycled, the coaster can be planted, and we recommend reusing the #4 plastic clay bag for future clay projects or as a potted plant liner.
