Sizing:

While flow and cervix height are important indicators, also consider:

  • Teen/petite physique: If you’re a younger person or very petite, you may consider starting off with a size small.
  • Vaginal insertion: If you haven’t comfortably inserted anything in your vagina before, we recommend the size small.
  • Childbirth: If you’ve carried a pregnancy to term, we recommend size regular.

super comfortable and easy to use

Recently needed to invest in a new menstrual cup because the shape of my first one was not fitting. This one is super comfortable and easy to use! I love that it comes with a little pouch for easy and hygienic storage.

Much more comfortable!

I am finding the soft cup much more comfortable than DivaCup or OrganiCup. It is still a learning curve if you are not as familiar with menstrual cups but I'm getting the hang of it! I would use Thinx or another period underwear when you first start out to make sure you don't have any leakage.

Great but tricky to get the hang of!

I was really excited to get this product as I am trying to phase out of tampons and pads. I find it a bit tricky to use, but that might just be because I am not used to it yet. I hope with more practice it becomes easier. All in all really great though

Just try it

I was hesitant for awhile to try these, but I'm so glad I finally did. So much easier and nicer than messing with endless tampons each month. I'm also glad I got the duo pack with 2 different sizes. I'll be using these for years to come, I'm sure.
