Includes: 60 laundry pods.
How to use: For both front and top loading machines, including HE, place one pod into your washing machine drum (not dispenser), then add laundry. For large or soiled loads, use two pods. For best results, do not overstuff your machine.
Take care to reseal your compostable bag after each use. Store in a cool, dry area away from high humidity and excessive moisture.
Ingredients: Wild-Harvested Berry Concentrate™ (Sapindus mukorossi), Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Percarbonate, Sodium Silicate, Silica, Non-GMO Enzymes, Aloe vera, Polyvinyl Alcohol (biodegradable pod material) *Note that natural ingredients may vary in color and texture.

Everyone else in the reviews is right - the smell of these when you take one out of the bag is really horrendous. However, the clothes do NOT come out smelling like that so it is ok. They clean well but I don't know that they get out stains, which I was hoping for although I don't think any of the natural laundry detergents I've tried have done so. They have a little bit of powder on them so this spooked my boyfriend a little; we ended up washing our hands if we ever touched them. They are convenient, but not necessarily more convenient than laundry sheets.
Hello, Jacqueline! Sorry to hear you were concerned about how well they get out stains and the strong odor out of the bag. We do have some other sustainable laundry products, like a stain stick, and our laundry paste which I would recommend as it doesn't have a strong smell, if you are interested!
This is a really good laundry cleaning agent…but, the pods don’t dissolve completely in cold or warm water (quite a bit of undissolved soap in bottom of washer and on clothing ). We don’t generally use hot water, so unknown on that front. I’ve been meaning to contact zero waste a trouble shoot. I really like the method of delivery and the cleaning job…
These are more convenient than traditional detergents and it is so handy to compost the bag when its empty.
The smell of the pods themselves are strong but its light and nice when used on clothes. I recommend this product to all my friends
Love the concept, love the packaging, cleaning my clothes well.
But, they smell pungent!
My clothes are left with an unpleasant cooked fish aroma. My significant other was the one who caught wind (literally said EW BABE WHAT IS THAT), of the smell on my clothes. So it is something other people will notice.
I don't know if I got a bad batch, or this is how they smell, but even when just opening the bag I can smell the unpleasant odor.
Anyone else??
